Temple Ambassador

Position Summary:

The Temple Ambassador serves as a devoted representative of the temple, encouraging regular temple attendance and performing temple work. With a heart for service and a love for the temple, the Ambassador nurtures spiritual growth by inspiring individuals to make visiting the temple a consistent and meaningful part of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire Participation: Personally invite members of the ward to attend the temple regularly through one-on-one conversations, group outreach, or coordinated events.
  
  

• Support Temple Work: Participate in temple ordinances and assist others in preparing for and performing their own temple work.
  
  

• Coordinate Efforts: Organize group temple trips, transportation, or sessions to foster a spirit of unity and shared worship.
  
  

• Provide Guidance: Help individuals understand temple preparation requirements and provide resources or mentorship where needed.
  
  

• Promote Awareness: Share upcoming temple events, schedules, and opportunities for service.
  
  

• Encourage Family History Work: Collaborate with family history consultants or teams to help individuals find names to take to the temple.
  
  

• Follow Up: Maintain supportive relationships by checking in with individuals to encourage continued temple attendance and progress.
